FAQ's

ORDERING: To place an order simply add the style and quantity you wish to purchase and click 'add to cart'. Once you've completed your shopping click the 'checkout' button to process your payment. All orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days from payment being received (we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible ). Should you need your order quickly please contact us and we'll try our best to accommodate.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING: Payments are made through Pay Pal. Should you wish to pay via Bank Deposit, please contact us before ordering and we will provide you with the bank details.

Postage is $3 for most small items. $3 postage is sent via regular post, untracked and in a standard envelope. Larger orders (4+ items) or beads larger than 20mm will be sent as a small parcel for $8.50.

All items are sent via AUSTRALIA POST. Items are dispatched from NSW. Please allow 3-7 days for you items to be delivered once you've received your shipping notification email from us. Should you need your order quickly please upgrade to EXPRESS SHIPPING for an additional $7.50 and we will dispatch your order in 1-2 business days from payment being received (Please get in contact us if you need your order by a specific date). You can also upgrade to a trackable satchel for an additional $5 - you will be sent your tracking number for your reference.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for change of address or orders delayed/lost in the mail.

 

RETURNS + REFUNDS: Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will be issued only for incorrect or faulty items. The replacement or refund of a product will only be issued once it has been returned to Little Poppet & Co.
