Shipping & Turnaround

TURNAROUND: Non-handmade items will leave our studio in 2-5 business days. Handmade/Personalised products may take up to 10 business days (we do aim to get them to you as quickly as possible) Turnaround times may slightly increase during sale periods. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require an order by a specific date and we'll do our best to accomodate.

SHIPPING: All items are sent via AUSTRALIA POST. Items are dispatched from NSW. Please allow 3-7 business days for your items to be delivered once you've received your shipping notification email from us. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for change of address or orders delayed/lost in the mail due to incorrect address.

All items are sent via tracked post. Should you select ‘Express Shipping’ your order will be sent via Express Post once you’re order is made. Normal order turnaround times still apply.(Please get in contact us if you need your order by a specific date PRIOR TO ORDERING). Shipping is FREE when you spend +$100.

RETURNS + REFUNDS: Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will be issued only for incorrect or faulty items. The replacement or refund of a product will only be issued once it has been returned to Little Poppet & Co. 

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please contact us should you like us to custom create something for you.
